Registration of Vicious Dog
A vicious dog (Pit Bull & Wolf-Hybrids) shall be annually registered along with paying an annual fee of $50.00. Below is a list of the information needed for registration:
- Name of owner
- Address
- Telephone number of owner
- Address (place of harbor)
- Identification
- Genus
- Species
- Name of dog
- Gender
- Color & Distinguishing Marks
- Size & Weight
- 2 colored photographs
- Proof of rabies shots & proof of spayed or neutered. Otherwise a written statement from a veterinarian explaining the reason for not having proof is required.
Registration runs for 1 year from July 1st to June 30th.
**If dog is impounded, owner shall have 5 days to recover.**
